Although we know you’ll love our products, we acknowledge that problems do arise and returns may be necessary. If you are not fully satisfied, please contact us as soon as possible so we can work towards an agreeable solution. Any items eligible for return must be received within 30 days of purchase. Merchandise must be unwashed, unworn and a printed receipt must be included with the return. Please ensure we receive the product in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase so that we can offer a full refund. All sale items are final.
At Chronic, we strive for perfection and stand by all of our “Chronic” labeled products. Because they are made of high-quality luxury fabric and are hand inspected, we do not anticipate any issues. Even still, we will gladly exchange any “Chronic” labeled items up to 30 days after purchase if they are defective or do not meet the quality of standards consistent with our brand. If the returned item is no longer available, a store credit will be applied. These exchanges will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend tracking your return item. Chronic is not responsible for items that are lost during shipping.
